Do I need to register or sign up?

No. No forms, no membership, no account. Just come to the Hauptmarkt on Sunday at 10:00 AM and look for the orange flag.

Is there a fee or a contract?

Zero. Free forever. We are not a club you join, we are a crew you run with. No contracts, no monthly fees, no strings attached.

What if I'm too slow? What if I'm too fast?

We run in three pace groups (5:30, 6:15, 7:00 min/km) so everyone finds their vibe. The 7:00 group is slow enough to have a proper conversation — nobody gets left behind. If 5:30 is too chill for you, the urban pace group is there for you.

What if I can only come once?

Perfect. Come once, come every week, come when the sun's out. Visiting Nuremberg for a weekend? Even better. There is no attendance list.

What should I wear and bring?

Running shoes, whatever you feel comfortable running in, and a little water if it's warm. No fancy gear required. Afterwards you might want some cash or card for coffee at the After.

What if it rains?

We still run. Rain, snow, or Franconian gloom — the run happens. The only exception is lightning or dangerous weather. If in doubt, check our WhatsApp or Instagram for updates.

The After > The Run

The run is just the warm-up. The actual event takes place afterwards. We cooperate with local cafés and partners who share our philosophy of community.
